Firefighting Technician Gulf Power Marine Company

Support service team, manager, and coordinators to ensure successful completion of services assigned to the team and contribute to achieving targets of the organization.

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering

3-5 years of work related experience of firefighting services- ( Re-filling / Hydrotesting / inspections of ( fire extinguishers , fire pumps , EEBD , SCBA, oxygen cylinders, wet chemical , others) (marine-Oil & Gas experience is preferred)

Fluent in English Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills Ability to deliver high standards of customer service Be result-oriented and customer focused Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment Ability to learn in a fast paced environment Knowledge of fire extinguishers portable types ( CO2 , Foam , Water , Powered, others ) Knowledge of fixed firefighting systems ( Co2 , FM200 , Others ) Knowledge about IMO, SOLAS, ISO, and other quality societies’ standards and regulations.

Receive customer enquiries for service Communicate with service team to coordinate for attendance of job Participate with technical staff in execution of services within specified timeline Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports Maintain good business relationship with customers Participate in inventory management Stay updated with standards & regulation and update internal procedures/ checklists accordingly Participate and lead in internal trainings Interact with other teams, such as sales and procurement teams as needed Perform additional work as required by Management
