Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Fit‑Out Coordinator to support and manage day‑to‑day activities across interior and fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience in delivering high‑quality fit‑out works within the UAE. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Coordinate and supervise all fit‑out activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Serve as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and site progress.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project stakeholders.
Assist in resolving site issues and facilitating smooth work execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior/fit‑out project coordination (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of fit‑out works, construction procedures, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
