Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fit-out division, ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with the company s standards, policies, and procedures.

Develop and implement project management plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated time frame and budget.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, throughout the project lifecycle.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Conduct site visits to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with the project specifications and quality standards.

Manage the procurement process for the division, including the selection of suppliers, negotiation of contracts, and management of supplier relationships related to furniture, joinery work, and architectural elements.

Develop and manage budgets for the division, ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects related to furniture, joinery work, and architectural elements.

Manage and mentor a team of professionals, including designers, engineers, and project managers.

Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the division.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster new business opportunities and grow the division.
