Fit Out Draftsman and Joinery Detailer Smart Harmony Interiors LLC

1. Coordinating with the Senior Draftsman and reporting about the workflow and priority of the projects.

2. To create a job list and number for each project, along with the location and quantity of items that correspond with the job order and quotation list.

3. To prepare detailed shop drawings with full specifications, materials, accessories, and ironmongery in accordance with the client's concept, sketches, or ID drawings.

4. To coordinate with the senior draftsman and the site engineer regarding the site visit; dimensions, location, and installation method.

5. To coordinate with the foreman and general foreman regarding manufacturing details, materials, and accessories to ensure a smooth production process.

6. Finding better solutions for the accessories and materials in order to improve and enhance the drawing details and fixation method.

7. To follow up and update the shop drawings' report, as well as coordinate with the senior draftsman for the quarterly presentation and appropriate filing.

8. Basic knowledge for the estimation/QS works

Preferred nationality - Philipino

Experience - Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Fit Out in UAE

Requirements:
-3 -4 years of experience in joinery drafting (UAE experience preferred)
-Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools
-Strong knowledge in joinery detailing, furniture design, and fit-out elements
