Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed surveys of existing structures to assess requirements for fit-out projects, ensuring all specifications align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into practical fit-out solutions, maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, ensuring that all phases of the fit-out process are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring high-quality standards are met and that suppliers comply with project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical concepts.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent, showcasing expertise in project management methodologies.

  • Experience in commercial fit-outs, with a deep understanding of industry-specific standards and practices.
