Fit Out Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for interior fit-out works
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
• Analyse project risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in planning for fit-out projects (mandatory)
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, sequences, and construction methodologies
• Excellent time management, coordination, and communication skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or post-contract cost control
• Ability to assist with or oversee budget tracking and variation management
