Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction or fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring timely progress reporting, and supporting the project team in achieving milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

· Coordinate with the Project Engineer, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data.

· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports and progress charts.

· Track critical activities and highlight potential delays to the project team.

· Assist in preparing recovery programs and mitigation plans if delays occur.

· Review and update manpower histograms and resource allocation plans.

· Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation for schedule updates and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,

· 2–3 years of relevant planning experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.

· Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prepare professional weekly and monthly reports.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.

· Experience in UAE/GCC projects required.
