Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
- We are seeking a talented Project Architect to oversee interior fit-out projects from concept through completion. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design integrity, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Lead architectural design development and project execution for fit-out projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and documentation
- Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and interior design teams to ensure seamless integration
- Review contractor proposals and monitor construction compliance with design intent
- Participate in client meetings, presenting design solutions and progress updates
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years UAE-based experience in interior fit-out architecture
- Strong design and technical skills in fit-out projects, including 3D modelling and CAD software
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
