Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Fit-out Project Manager with a strong background in F&B project management to oversee construction, renovation, and expansion projects across the UAE. This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with our brand identity, operational needs, and business goals all while maintaining high standards in time, cost, and quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle: from planning, budgeting, and tendering to execution, close-out, and handover.
  • Manage all project documentation, proposals, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Oversee and coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring performance is aligned with project goals.
  • Ensure all construction and fit-out works are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with design and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Design, Branding) to align project execution with brand expectations.
  • Monitor the development and implementation of review processes for space planning, interiors, MEP works, and vendor selection.
  • Manage pre- and post-construction permits by liaising with local authorities and relevant government entities.
  • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Enforce and refine project standards, site guidelines, and operating procedures to streamline delivery across locations.
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends, materials, and construction methodologies, and advise management on innovative or cost-saving practices.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and regulatory compliance across all project sites.

Other Duties

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in F&B, hospitality, or retail construction.
  • Prior experience managing projects from the client side is essential.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously within time and cost constraints.
  • Deep understanding of UAE regulations, municipal processes, permitting, and site management.
  • Strong skills in vendor negotiation, contractor management, and budget control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
