About the company:

• A leading turnkey fit-out contractor and custom manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join their team. Your role will focus on delivering large-scale, high-end fit-out and interior projects with precision, quality, and efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8 years experience in the GCC, with at least 2-3 years specifically as a Site Manager (or equivalent)
• Proven track record in fit-out projects in the GCC, ideally Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, luxury/high-end fit-outs (retail flagship, hospitality, high-spec commercial interiors, etc.)
• Deep understanding of finishes, joinery, FF&E, detailing, and luxury materials
• Strong leadership skills; able to inspire, manage, and motivate large on-site teams
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management capabilities
• Solid commercial acumen: cost control, value engineering, subcontractor management
• Exceptional communication skills; able to interface effectively with clients, designers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
