Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Trainer Professional Skills based out of our Riyadh office.
About the Team:
You will join our Professional Skills faculty, a collaborative global team that designs and delivers training, development programs and academies focused on leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving and other professional skills for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals.
Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments.
How You ll Make an Impact:
- Design and deliver engaging professional skills training via in-house, virtual, and public courses to enhance skills across client organizations
- Translate complex workplace and industry contexts into practical, experiential learning aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards
- Prepare and continuously improve training materials, toolkits, and assessments to reflect evolving best practices and client feedback
- Support business development as a subject matter expert participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions within the professional skills product area for the region, strengthening client trust and program outcomes

- Extensive experience delivering or developing professional skills programs (e.g., leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving) within a bank or financial institution
- Proven presentation skills and confidence facilitating to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
- Are an effective communicator with demonstrable impact on learner outcomes and behavior change
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience designing training courses, academies or blended learning solutions using varied instructional methods and learning technologies
- Strong professionalism and cultural awareness suited to global financial services clients, including the MENA region
- A desire to innovate bringing fresh ideas to course design, delivery, and assessment
- Coaching, facilitation, or relevant training certifications
