Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments to gauge clients' fitness levels and tailor programs accordingly.
- Develop and implement customized workout plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and preferences for optimal results.
- Guide clients through exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to minimize injury risk and maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins, adjusting their fitness plans as needed to maintain motivation and achieve goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in fitness principles.
- Certification from a recognized organization, such as ACE, NASM, or ACSM, confirming expertise in personal training.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in fitness coaching or personal training, demonstrating proven results with clients.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
