Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting and can balance one-on-one personal training with group instruction while maintaining a safe and motivating atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customised personal training programs
- Conduct detailed fitness assessments
- Deliver high-energy group fitness classes
- Ensure correct exercise technique and safe equipment usage
- Monitor and track client progress
- Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- Build strong client relationships to enhance retention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment
- Collaborate with the wellness team to support overall client success
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of training principles and exercise science
- Experience in both personal training and group class instruction
- Basic nutrition knowledge
- Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification
