Are you passionate about fitness, wellness, and inspiring others to lead a healthy lifestyle? We re looking for a Fitness Instructor who will deliver exceptional training sessions, provide expert guidance, and ensure our Health Club guests and members have a safe, enjoyable, and results-driven fitness experience in a world-class 5-star hotel environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:

Greeting members and guests, conducting fitness assessments, and creating personalized workout programs.

Leading one-on-one training sessions and group classes with energy and enthusiasm.

Demonstrating proper techniques, ensuring safe and effective use of all fitness equipment.

Motivating members to achieve their fitness goals through encouragement, tracking progress, and follow-ups.

Providing nutritional and wellness advice aligned with guest needs and fitness objectives.

Monitoring the gym floor to maintain safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Assisting in the promotion of Health Club services, events, and membership packages to help achieve sales and revenue targets.

Staying updated on current fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.

What we need from you:

Minimum 1 2 years of proven experience as a Fitness Instructor in a 5-star hotel, luxury health club, or wellness facility.

Recognized fitness training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, REPs, or equivalent).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients.

Knowledge of fitness assessment methods, exercise physiology, and injury prevention.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
