Job Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor daily safety checks of the gym equipment.
• Ensure potential hazards are dealt with and reported to the operation.
• Keeping the gym clean and tidy making sure all loose equipment is stored safely after use.
• Gym introductions and inductions provided to our members.
• Demonstrates and explains how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively to our members.
• Monitor exercising customers and provide help where needed.
• Engagement with clients, ensuring clients have towels and water or anything they need upon arrival.
• Address client complaints and questions promptly and professionally.
• Attending team meetings, education, and training.
• Attending four classes per week, two Yin (Pilates/Yoga) and two Tang (HIT, Boxing, Bootcamp, Cycling)
• Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development.
• Act always by CORE policies and procedures.
• Appearance and hygiene are important, always wear your clean uniform in the facility if you are not training yourself.
• Adhere to operating procedures and regulations of a fitness facility.
