Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement customized fitness training programs tailored to individual client needs, abilities, and goals.
Conduct group and one-on-one fitness training sessions with a focus on strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall well-being.
Motivate and encourage clients to improve their fitness levels and maintain consistent participation.
Promote a holistic approach to health, integrating physical exercise with mental wellness through yoga practices such as breathing techniques and meditation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment.
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and industry certifications.
Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support fitness goals.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and continuing education programs.
