Fitness Trainer & Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and one-on-one fitness training sessions for hotel guests.
• Design and implement effective workout routines tailored to different fitness levels.
• Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• Ensure a safe and positive workout environment.
• Provide professional advice on health, wellness, and exercise techniques.

Sales Duties (After Training Sessions):

• Interact with hotel guests and beach visitors, building strong relationships.
• Promote and sell company products and services, such as water sports activities, buggies, Yachts' charters .. etc.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where possible.

Requirements:

• Certification in Personal Training or related fitness qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and self-driven personality.
• Ability to engage with diverse clients and provide excellent service.
