Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates specifically for fit-out civil works.
  • Conduct thorough site visits to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and incorporate these factors into the estimate.
  • Prepare comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQ) for civil elements, including demolition, concrete works, and finishing.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil estimating, with a focus on fit-out projects.
  • Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for various civil works, including demolition, concrete, and finishing.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
