Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variations
Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams
Support cost control and material reconciliation Maintain and update QS documentation and records Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings Proficient in quantity take-off using Plan Swift and
AutoCAD Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, finishes, and measurements is an advantage
Male candidates preferred (as per project/site requirements)
