Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the secure and compliant loading and unloading of flatbed freight, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Direct and manage the flatbed team, providing clear instructions, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all equipment, including trailers, straps, and chains, to identify and rectify any potential safety hazards.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements for flatbed operation, showcasing a commitment to professional driving.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in flatbed transportation, providing a strong understanding of the industry.

  • Proven experience in load securement techniques, including the use of chains, straps, and other securing devices, highlighting practical skills.

  • Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia

  • Transferable Iqama is a must
