Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Operate fleecing machines and achieve production targets
Check fiber quality, roll width, and GSM as per standards
Maintain machine cleanliness and oil levels
Identify and report production or quality issues
Minimum 2 years experience in needle punching / fleecing
High School qualification with basic English skills
Good technical knowledge and attention to detail
