Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and recruit qualified drivers to join the company s fleet.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential drivers and fleet partners.
Build and maintain relationships with existing drivers to encourage retention and loyalty.
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to understand fleet needs and driver requirements.
Conduct background checks, verify licenses, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for fleet growth.
Meet or exceed acquisition targets and report regularly on progress.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Number of drivers recruited per month/quarter.
- Fleet expansion achieved through negotiations and partnerships.
- Retention rate of acquired drivers.
- Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet acquisition, driver recruitment, sales, or transportation logistics.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and licensing requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred:
- Experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with driver recruitment platforms and online marketplaces.
