Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Allocate vehicles and manage daily fleet operations

  2. Conduct vehicle inspections before dispatch

  3. Record and report vehicle damages and issues

  4. Coordinate with maintenance teams and workshops

  5. Create and follow up job cards for repairs

  6. Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and utilization

  7. Support drivers and resolve operational issues

  8. Ensure compliance with transport safety and quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 2–3 years experience in fleet management, transport, or logistics

  2. Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle inspections, and maintenance

  3. Experience with fleet management systems and MIS reporting

  4. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills

(Note : EV transportation Experience is Added Advantage)

  1. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of vehicles within the Light Transport Services (LTS) fleet

  2. The incumbent goal is to coordinate daily fleet operations, allocate vehicles, and monitor fleet performance to meet business objectives
