Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and send communications to couriers (SMS / in-app)
- Act as a focal point between couriers, operations, and internal teams
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvement ideas
- Follow up on reported issues and support driving their closure
- Support in running courier surveys (NPS / feedback collection)
- Analyze results and highlight key insights in a simple, structured way
- Organize focus groups and engagement activities
- Assist in preparing reports on courier feedback and experience trends
- Opportunity to work closely with operations and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to experience management, process improvements, and working with data (surveys, feedback, simple reporting)
- Gradual ownership of initiatives based on performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 2 years of experience (Operations / Logistics / Customer Support is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challenges
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
