Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fleet In-Charge
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicle availability, maintenance, safety, compliance, and efficient utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle movement.
Coordinate vehicle allocation and driver schedules.
Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Track fuel consumption and control operating costs.
Maintain vehicle records, registrations, insurance, and permits.
Ensure compliance with Saudi traffic regulations and company policies.
Investigate vehicle breakdowns and accidents and prepare reports.
Coordinate with workshops and vendors for maintenance requirements.
Monitor GPS tracking and fleet performance.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
3-6 years of fleet management experience.
4+ years of Experience as Incharge or similar position.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation operations.
Familiarity with Saudi regulations and fleet documentation.
Good communication, leadership, and computer skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
