Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan repairs in the workshop.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of the technical team for optimal results.
  • Oversee day-to-day planning, control, and execution of repairs to meet set targets.
  • Monitor the allocation and utilization of spare parts in compliance with the approved budget.
  • Ensure retention and discipline of technical staff.
  • Maintain safety precautions and good housekeeping standards.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Fleet Manager or Maintenance Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  • Proven experience in workshop management (Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a
    similar role).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes.
  • Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve operational challenges.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
