Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure high-standard maintenance of fleet, equipment, machinery tools and workshop (outsourced or internal)
Schedule and ensure the proactive maintenance of vehicles and related equipment
Follow up with drivers on all required repairs
Monitor fleet weight and balance as well as trucks check-ups, maintenance and performance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies requirements and rules of accrediting bodies
Reduce cost of vehicle parts, especially DAF trucks part, by sourcing alternative suppliers
Ensure prolonged service life of vehicles
Desired Candidate Profile
A Technical degree (BT3) from an accredited institution
2+ years experience in the same field
