Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Supervise maintenance team and assign daily tasks.
- Monitor vehicle performance and schedule repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, downtime, and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in fleet maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of light vehicle systems, and maintenance best practices.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve efficiency.
Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in fleet management software is a plus.
