Fleet Maintenance – Supervisor – UAQ Brothers Gas Bottling and Distribution Co LLC

-Repairs & maintains all types of Delivery vehicles as per Authority requirements/permits.

-Manage Staff and their schedules within the transport section.

-Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.

-Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.

-Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.

-Auto electrical parts repair of trucks & pickups.

-Maintenance of Heavy trucks & Light pickups (diesel vehicles).

-Organize Vehicle Safety Stickers & Registration.

-Organise the repair of any damage to vehicles ( Electrical , Mehcanical )

-Provide monthly Periodic repairs cost and schedule of heavy duty vehicles - gas .

-Provide monthly Vehicle Maintenance cost report to the Manager

-Overview and Organise & Schedule Fleet vehicle maintenance - volvo, isuzu & hino.

-Conduct random inspections of vehicles within the fleet and emergecy repairs .

-Provide nightly transport tasks to control room supervisor

-Any other duties as directed by the Plant Operation Head.

-Contact different vendors for purchase of vehicles parts / tyres etc.

-supervising a team of mechanics & documentation of maintenance records of fleet vehicles.
