Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate daily vehicle assignments and availability. Monitor vehicle condition, mileage, service schedules, and maintenance needs. Arrange for vehicle servicing, repairs, cleaning, and inspections. Maintain accurate records of fleet status, movements, and documentation. Support the rental team by ensuring vehicles are ready for customers on time. Report damages, delays, and operational issues promptly. Coordinate with drivers, workshops, and external service providers. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in fleet coordination, vehicle management, or related roles in Musaffah and Abu Dhabi is a must. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good computer knowledge (MS Office). Knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures is a must. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
