Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the validity and timely renewal of all vehicle licenses and related legal documents.
Follow up on GPS tracking systems for all fleet vehicles to ensure proper operation, route compliance, and driver behavior monitoring.
Track fuel consumption and analyze fuel variance (fuel differences) to identify discrepancies, misuse, or inefficiencies.
Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, GPS tracking results, fuel consumption, and license status.
Coordinate with relevant departments and external vendors regarding vehicle compliance, GPS maintenance, and fuel systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
Take corrective actions and submit recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and cost control.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics roles.
- Proven experience managing medium to large vehicle fleets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant fleet management applications.
