Sales prospecting: Identify new potential customers and develop a customer portfolio in the field.

• Direct Sales: Present our products to existing and potential customers. Conduct demonstrations and promote the benefits of our products.
• Collection: Ensure payment management and recovery of debts from customers (collection, monitoring of delays, etc.).
• Order tracking: Take charge of customer orders, follow up on them and ensure their proper delivery with the help of drivers.
• Customer loyalty: Maintaining a relationship of trust with existing customers, meeting their needs and providing them with quality service.
• Reporting: Monitor your sales activities, your turnover and your collections. Report your activity to your line manager.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with drivers to ensure good coordination between product delivery and customer follow-up.
• Productivity: Achievement of objectives set by the company

• Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.
• Sense of service, autonomy and dynamism.
• Good command of IT tools (CRM, Excel, ERP).
