Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the company fleet, including delivery, farm, and support vehicles.
• Plan and schedule vehicle usage, coordinating with the store team for smooth dispatch and operations.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, trip logs, and ensure compliance with safety rules and UAE transport laws.
• Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and permit renewals (Asateel).
• Track and control fuel consumption, resolving ADNOC fuel card or fueling issues promptly.
• Investigate and report vehicle incidents or damages, recommending corrective measures.
• Train drivers on safe driving, hygiene standards (for poultry transport), and efficient delivery practices while optimizing fleet use to reduce downtime and costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in fleet supervision or transport operations (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with Asateel permits, fuel card systems (ADNOC), and fleet management practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office or fleet management software is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
