Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and in optimal condition for safety and efficiency.

  • Manage scheduling and routing for drivers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

  • Implement and enforce compliance with transportation regulations and company policies to mitigate risks.

  • Monitor fuel consumption and costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in fleet management or transportation, demonstrating expertise in the industry.

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or Fleet Management Certification (FMC) are highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of effective leadership and team management abilities, inspiring high performance.
