Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure correct budget & actual HC allocation on System.

  • Participate on quarterly DF preparation.
  • Control of creation & renewal of 3rd party contracts related to Fleet Dep.
  • Follow up with P2P for PR/PO & payments to supplier.
  • Follow up SLA with responsible supervisors & fleet services performed in all DCs.
  • Follow up the monthly expenses & prepare weekly/monthly reports & analysis (Actual Vs budget expenses) and any reports required from his manager.
  • Follow up with licenses 3rd party in all licenses process including license renewal and related license expenses.
  • Follow up the monthly HC report & analysis (Actual Vs budget HC regular & seasonal with variance justification).
  • Responsible for all Maintenance KPIs and maintaining FRONERI values.
  • Responsible for all Work orders (PM02 & PM03) process.
  • Responsible for misuse & accident reports and analysis in all DCs.
  • Responsible for new spare parts inspection as a head of the committee.
  • Responsible to review all Quires reports related to his job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for scraping process frequently according to FRONERI Guideline and standards.
  • Adhere to SHE & Security policies and procedures in all site activities; also, to ensure that his subordinates are following the same rules.


Bachelor's DegreeMechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent0-2 years of experience in heavy trucks preferable["Excellent Communication Skills"]
