Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Fleet Supervisor to manage and oversee our company s vehicle fleet operations. The role involves supervising drivers, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring timely maintenance, and optimizing costs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 5 years of experience in fleet supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
