Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the operational availability of the fleet by implementing recommendations to the customer and an optimized maintenance policy.
To ensure customer satisfaction and the profitability of service contracts with respect to contractual requirements.
1. Ensure the Engineering Support services stipulated in the contracts.
- Collaboration within a client team, to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements defined in the Support and Services contracts.
- To ensure the privileged technical support relationship for a client or a portfolio of clients.
- To define short-term actions or recommendations for maintaining the fleet in service and guaranteeing customer deliverables
2. Analyze the behavior of the fleet in service for its portfolio of responsibility.
- Analysis of product performance, reliability and behavior according to the environment or use in operation.
- develop and present technical fleet monitoring scorecards.
- Understanding product configuration changes that promote improved availability or reduced maintenance costs.
- To identify weak signals, and contribute to the construction of the overall fleet feedback.
3.D define the recommendations and scenarios for optimized short and long term deployment plans.
- Define the programmed removal plans for maintenance visits in the workshop or under the wing, for repairs, instructions for bringing up to standard (retrofit) or potential restorations (overhaul).
- Optimizing fleet management (staggering)
- Define the optimized maintenance actions to be carried out in the workshop for a given customer.
4. Ensure the interface with the maintenance workshops during repair operations.
- Monitor the execution of maintenance operations in relation to the previously established workscope.
- Contribute to the analysis of the correct need and revision of quotes (workscopes) as appropriate.
- Contribute to the feedback from workshop maintenance
5. Contribute to the analysis of observed maintenance cost discrepancies and the implementation of actions to reduce these costs.
- Identify the observed discrepancies in additional costs following maintenance operations carried out.
6. Provides backup for other FTMs in its area upon request.
7. Knowledge sharing
- Participates in the development and validation of the service's tools
- Participates in the liaison of the Knowledge Management of the service
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge of the operation of products or systems, and their behavior in operation (health/use) and of workshop activities.
Techno-economic analysis of maintenance costs observed.
preparation of quotations (workscopes) associ s.
Product and Service Feedback and Knowledge Management.
Good interpersonal skills and openness to the world.
Sense of service, availability.
Working in a multidisciplinary team.
Fluent spoken and written English
