Roles & Responsibilities

Service Deployment: Assist in the introduction of new items or services to our workflow or customer base.

Service Maintenance: Support the "re-introduction" of established services to ensure they remain a priority and are executed correctly.

Operational Support: Fill short-term scheduling gaps to maintain consistent service levels during busy periods or staff absences.

Schedule & Nature of Work

On-Call Status: This is a seasonal/casual position with no guaranteed weekly hours.

Notification: Shifts will be offered as they arise (e.g., for new launches or schedule holes).

Adaptability: The ability to jump into a task with minimal notice and get up to speed quickly.
