Floor Coatings Manager JOTUN

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Floor Coatings business, create new customers, and promote Jotun products by understanding the market, recognizing business opportunities, and developing a good network in the market to increase market share in Saudi Arabia.

• Introduce, promote, and sell assigned products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits and gathering market intelligence in order to achieve budget deliverables in terms of value, volume, and gross margins.

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications to secure sustainable market share and promote Jotun as a preferred supplier of high-quality paints services also need to manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring the performance.

• Organise, develop, motivate, and lead sales teams by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, and following-up team members in line with The Penguin Spirit to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole team.

• Conduct periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions with employees as required (KIT Key issue Talks and yPOD yearly talk on Performance, Objectives and Development)
