Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Managers and following all MOMAKI policies and procedures, the Floor Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Outlet, including but not limited to maintaining high quality of service and health and safety standards in the FOH.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the Food and Beverage industry with managerial exposure
Competencies: High commitment to ethics and confidentiality, Leadership skills, Excellent guest service
