Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the performance of servers, captains, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain consistent high standards of guest service, including timely resolution of feedback and complaints
- Optimize table turnover and seating capacity by managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow
- Enforce strict adherence to staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor POS system functionality, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health regulations, and Qatar municipality requirements
- Support management with daily reporting, duty roster planning, and inventory coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume casual or fine-casual dining environment
- Proven track record of managing FOH teams in fast-paced restaurant settings
- Prior experience working in Qatar or other GCC countries is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of FOH operations, service protocols, and guest experience management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage
- Kerala background preferred.
