Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the work environment to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining the establishment's reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
