Supervise daily floor operations and staff activities.

• Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination between departments.
• Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and service standards across the facility.
• Support patients and visitors with guidance and assistance when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and operations teams.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage staff and operations efficiently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industry preferred.
