Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and arrange unique floral displays for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects the client's vision and preferences.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of flowers and supplies, rotating stock to guarantee freshness and minimize waste.
- Provide expert advice to customers on flower care, arrangement styles, and seasonal selections to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Create and manage floral orders for events, including weddings and corporate functions, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in floral design is a significant advantage.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail florist environment, showcasing a solid understanding of floral products and trends.
Experience managing large floral orders for events, with a proven track record of successful delivery and client satisfaction.
