Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and create unique floral arrangements that cater to customer preferences and special occasions, ensuring that each creation reflects artistry and attention to detail.
  • Manage inventory effectively, including ordering, receiving, and storing flowers and supplies, to maintain freshness and availability of products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice on floral arrangements and care, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare and execute floral displays for events, weddings, and corporate functions, collaborating with clients and event planners to meet specific themes and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in floral design or related fields is preferred to enhance creativity and design skills.

  • Certification in floral design from a recognized institution is a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a floral shop or related retail environment, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of floral arrangements and customer service.

  • Experience in event decoration or wedding planning is preferred to assist in creating bespoke arrangements for special occasions.
