We are looking for an innovative Flutter developer who understands that user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) must integrate to create effective mobile applications. You must possess world-class programming skills and be passionate about pushing the boundaries of mobile app development with custom designs.

Participating in daily rapid-fire meetings, weekly one-on-one meetings, and backsliding meetings.

Writing high-performance, maintainable, and clean code, and conducting code revisions.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining Flutter applications for iOS and Android.

Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products.

Identify and fix errors and improve application performance.

Writing high-quality, efficient, and well-designed code.

The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Required skills:

Over two years of experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.

Strong knowledge of the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.

Experience in connecting to and calling RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party libraries and GraphQL APIs is an added advantage.

A deep understanding of architectural styles.

Familiarity with the principles of clean engineering.

Expertise in offline storage, threads, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with code generation tools, such as Git.

Strong understanding of the Flutter ecosystem, including state management, dependency injection, and a testing framework (unitary testing, widget/integration testing).

Understanding Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) lines for seamless application deployment.

Knowledge of Test-Driven Software Development (TDD) is an added advantage.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Strong problem-solving and error-correction skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in rapid development methodologies and project management tools.
