Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android)

  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive mobile interfaces

  • Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and microservices

  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

  • Implement secure coding practices aligned with banking and fintech standards

  • Work closely with backend developers, designers, and business stakeholders

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

  • Support app deployment on App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery

  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in mobile app development

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter

  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language

  • Experience in banking / fintech / payment applications

  • Knowledge of biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)

  • Experience integrating payment gateways or card services

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

  • Experience with Firebase or analytics tools

  • Understanding of PCI-DSS or mobile app security best practices

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations

  • Familiarity with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)

  • Experience in handling authentication, encryption, and secure data storage

  • Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)

  • Experience with Git and version control systems
