The FM & Buildings Expert will be responsible for overseeing all Facilities Management (FM) and building maintenance activities across the metro network during its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. This role ensures that services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of both passengers and the Employer. The expert will play a key role in contractor performance evaluation, asset management, and coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all FM & Building maintenance activities, ensuring they are carried out safely and meet the expectations of passengers and the Employer.
• Measure the performance of O&M Contractors and be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required.
• Oversee the mobilization of O&M Contractors, including the activities of sub-contractors such as:
• Cleaning services
• Elevator and escalator maintenance
• Other building-related services
• Review O&M Contractor submissions, including:
• Asset and maintenance plans
• Procedures
• Instructions
• Oversee coordination between O&M Contractors and DB Contractors, ensuring seamless integration and operational alignment.
• Advise on asset management strategy, contributing to long-term planning and optimization of building infrastructure and systems.
