Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The FM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility. They ensure that all building systems, equipment, and services operate smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities of the facility.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and other building systems.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets and procurement of supplies.
Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related role.
Knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
