Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Introduce and recommend products to clients, ensuring sales meet margin expectations and highlighting upcoming developments and promotions.
  • Act as the main contact for existing and potential clients, maintaining strong communication and partnerships.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that boost product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and support product development.
  • Deliver product presentations and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial procedures, including adherence to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Service, specifically within the HORECA channel.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer base.
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing and sales coordination teams to drive product promotion and sales growth.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports, monitor market trends, and provide strategic feedback to product development.
